Features

Everything you need to save songs from Apple Music

A small, honest tool: paste a link, pick a format, get a file. No account, no app, nothing to install.

Songs, albums, playlists and artists

Paste any Apple Music song, album, playlist or artist link. TunesLoader recognises the type and lists every song in it.

Search instead of copying links

No link handy? Search Apple's catalogue by title or artist and download straight from the results.

M4A or MP3

M4A keeps the original AAC audio with no re-encoding. MP3 at 192 kbps plays on older car stereos and MP3 players.

Free, with fair limits

No subscription and no account. So it stays fast for everyone, each visitor can start 3 downloads a minute and run 3 at once.

Works in any browser

iPhone, iPad, Android, Windows, Mac, Linux and Chromebook. No app, no extension, nothing to install.

Nothing kept for long

Converted files are deleted from our server within about an hour, and with no account there's no download history tied to you.

Use cases

Where a file beats a stream

Apple Music downloads only play inside Apple's apps while you're subscribed. A plain M4A or MP3 file goes anywhere.

Flights and trips

Keep songs on your phone or laptop for places with no signal, without depending on a subscription staying active.

Car stereos and USB sticks

Plenty of car stereos read MP3 files from a USB stick. Pick MP3 and copy the songs over.

Players without Apple Music

MP3 players, older iPods and some smartwatches can't run Apple Music, but they can play a file.

Workouts

Build a workout mix that keeps playing when the gym Wi-Fi drops.

M4A or MP3?

Both come from the same matched recording. The difference is compatibility and file size.

M4A

M4A (AAC), recommended

Keeps the recording's original AAC audio, usually 128 kbps, with no re-encoding: no extra quality loss, smaller files and faster downloads. Plays on iPhone, iPad, Mac, Android, Windows and most modern cars.

MP3

MP3 (192 kbps)

Re-encoded at 192 kbps for the widest compatibility: older car stereos, MP3 players, USB sticks and software that only takes MP3. Files are about 50% larger than M4A.

FAQ

Questions about downloading from Apple Music

How TunesLoader works, what you get, and what it can't do.

Yes. There's no subscription, no account and no paid tier; ads cover the server costs. To keep it fair for everyone, each visitor can start 3 downloads a minute and run up to 3 at the same time.
Apple Music's own streams are encrypted, and TunesLoader doesn't try to break that. When you paste a link, it reads the song's public details from Apple's catalogue (title, artist, album, length and artwork), finds the same recording among publicly available uploads by matching title, artist and length, and converts it to the format you picked.
M4A gives you the matched recording's original AAC audio, usually 128 kbps, copied without re-encoding. MP3 is encoded at 192 kbps. Neither is a copy of Apple Music's own 256 kbps stream, which is encrypted and never leaves Apple's apps.
No. Lossless (ALAC) and Spatial Audio exist only inside Apple's encrypted streams. TunesLoader makes M4A and MP3 files from a matched public recording, so it never offers lossless quality.
Each file is named after the artist and song, for example “The Weeknd - Blinding Lights.m4a”. Album art, track numbers and other tags aren't embedded yet, so some music apps show only the file name.
Paste an album, playlist or artist link and TunesLoader lists every song with its own button, so you pick which ones to save. Up to 3 run at once and 3 can start per minute. There's no single ZIP of the whole list.
No. TunesLoader only reads public catalogue details from the link, so no Apple ID, sign-in or subscription is involved.
Yes. It runs in any modern browser, so there's nothing to install on Windows, Mac, Linux or ChromeOS, and it works in Safari on iPhone and iPad and in Chrome or Samsung Internet on Android. On iPhone, Safari saves downloads to the Files app.
On a Mac, open the Music app and choose File › Import. On Windows, import the file in the Apple Music or iTunes app. To get it onto an iPhone, sync it from your computer: the Music app on iPhone can't import files directly, but the Files app and other players can play them.
Matching uses title, artist and length, so it's usually right. Very new releases, rare tracks and region-locked songs sometimes have no good public match, and occasionally a live take or radio edit gets picked. Try again later, or find the same song on another release (the single or the album) with Search.
Converted files are deleted from our server within about an hour. We log the link you pasted, the format and whether it worked for about a week, to fix problems and spot abuse, and your IP address is used briefly to apply the per-minute limit. The privacy policy has the details.
That depends on the law where you live and on the rights to each song. TunesLoader is meant for personal, non-commercial use: don't share, sell or publish what you download. Rights holders can reach us through the contact link in the footer.
