Terms of Service

Last updated: October 3, 2026

1. Agreement

By using TunesLoader (tunesloader.com, the “Service”) you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

2. What the Service does

TunesLoader reads public song details from an Apple Music link, finds a matching recording among publicly available uploads and converts it to M4A or MP3. It does not download, decrypt or copy Apple Music's own streams or files. Matches are automatic and occasionally wrong, and quality depends on the matched recording; we don't promise that every song can be found or will match the version on Apple Music.

3. Personal, non-commercial use

You may use the Service only for personal, non-commercial purposes. You are responsible for making sure your use complies with copyright law where you live and with the terms of any service you use. Don't share, sell, publish or publicly perform files you download, and don't use the Service to infringe anyone's rights.

4. Fair use and automated access

To keep the Service available for everyone, each visitor can start 3 downloads a minute and run 3 at once. Don't use bots, scripts or other automated means to access the Service, don't try to get around its limits or security checks, and don't use it as an API for another product. We may block traffic that does.

5. No affiliation

TunesLoader is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Apple Inc. Apple Music and iTunes are trademarks of Apple Inc. Other names and marks belong to their owners and are used only to describe what the Service works with.

6. Copyright concerns

If you hold the rights to a recording and want it excluded from the Service, email contact@snapdownloader.net with the song, the link involved and proof of your rights. We review every request and act on valid ones.

7. No warranty

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy or uninterrupted availability. We may change, limit or stop the Service at any time.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of data or profits, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept it.

10. Contact

Questions about these terms: contact@snapdownloader.net.
